This has been an eventful and tumultuous year here at Stepping Stone Construction! We have had our share of ups and downs. But we think it goes with the territory as a home remodeling/consulting firm here in New England! Our founding father had a fantastic time while learning and observing more environmental changes from all altitudes!
The View Is Great From On Top
We visited the white mountains on a research and consulting trip in July and August. The winds at the peak of Mount Washington were described as, “calm” and a “perfect day to hike to the top” by experienced New Hampshire hikers. We found the winds to be extreme by any measure about 40 miles per hour if we know our wind speeds! And believe it here in New England, We know our wind speeds!
These Presidents Are Worth Your Vote
The Presidential Range is spectacular hiking, camping and resting and relaxing any time of year. We summited them all in just 3 days. Monroe, Madison, Washington, Pierce, Adams, Jackson, and a bonus was Clay. We did actually summit Monroe at all but we came close twice! We only climb real presidents!
Always Time For A Quick Break!
A great way to warm the cockles of your heart after a great view and great hike and great consultation on the mountain homes is to stop in for a piping hot cup of joe, (coffee) at The Met Coffee in North Conway and tell them you heard it from Stepping Stone Construction.
