Monday Motivation

Monday Morning (1/20/25)

30 trillion cells in the human body. All of them fed by oxygen,

Breathe in

The ocean contracts and builds tension

Breathe out

The ocean releases itself along the shore

Repeat this 3 times slowly as you replenish your oxygen stores and refuel for your work day!

Monday Morning (12/30/24)

It only hurts when I breathe

Ringing in the end of the year with a new diagnosis from my doctor.
“The x-rays show a touch of the copd and asthma symptoms to go along with it. “

”Don’t go out without your inhaler “ They said.

I took my doctors advice and put it in a can and kicked it down the street!

If’s I got the asthma, why do I have no problem breathing fresh air?

Saturday morning I woke up in the white mountain mist and ran to the top of Arethusa falls near Crawford Notch in the White Mountains of NH. I only stopped to let other hikers pass on their way back down because the trail was single file in the freshly fallen snow!

Maybe my asthma is “intermittent “?

When you work in construction remember to always wear your safety gear. Including but not limited to dust masks and respirators as the situation requires.

“An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”

Ben Franklin

Stay safe out there kids!

Monday Motivation (Long Nights)

In the year 2017 I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle and nearly died. I found out my deadbeat dad had died when his parents came to visit me in the hospital.

”Stay down!”

They Said

I got back up!

2020 Covid came along.

”Stay Home!”

They Said

I got back out!

Back to bicycling 30 miles a day just to keep going. Walked 2 miles to the grocery for a week’s worth of food!

2021 my “father” died and I was visited by seven circling Ravens. The harbingers of death.

I came down with the virus and wasn’t anyone there to help.

I got up and got out!

Got a job at that same grocery store.

Walked to work and back home, yes, 2 miles, uphill both ways, smile. For a full year. (Seems like most e’er thing uphill in Seabrook)

Still bicycling 30 miles a day just to stay in shape.

When I got the idea for this business, I had no job. All of this talk about job creation. Well I created my job and put my Self and other people to work!

Thank you so much for your Time!

Now, You know, this song Rocks!
