What a Long Strange Trip

Who knew when I went to night school at NHCTI (So long ago they changed the name to SNHU) for web development and programming I would be using those skills to enhance and advance Stepping Stone Construction?

I enjoy using my body and being outside in the fresh air more than having my butt stuck to a chair. They say ,”Programming is 10 percent coding and 90 percent debugging.” I believe “they” are correct! My inspiring moments came most often when I would bolt upright in bed at midnight with the answer to why my script was breaking on line 1034. Short answer… I made a typo on line 127 and and that semi-colon should have been a colon! (It makes a colonoscopy look fun)

I have too much energy to sit still in a chair very long, anyway! I would rather stay up late figuring out how to knock some kilter back into your garage doorway! Who said, “Give me a large enough lever and I can move the world?” We are still using the original tools of construction every day that were used to build the pyramids!

I believe hard work and exercise is vital to my happiness, vitality, stamina and vigorous appetite for success!

People believed the internet was going to end the brick and mortar industries. I still believe people need a place to live and breathe with their wifi. In the 1980’s Rockingham County, NH was the fastest growing county in the United States. Now in the 2020’s there is no shortage of homes in need of repair and improvement!

If you need to change your space to suit your needs, give us a call and we’ll come take a look.

We are old school but we still believe in going to school and learning newer tunes than the one above. This one is still fitting as I move into the next chapter of creating my universe. Houses are getting older and people are getting older and I keep getting calls. Maybe I should sign up for some treatments at Restore (No affiliation) to keep me healthy enough to restore your home to it’s former glory… As for now I am still living free and naturally!

Every day I am reminded of my old high school biology teacher and again I ask myself… “What if I live to be 98?” She was still “Truckin” along, driving herself to school, living alone, doing all the preps for class, she was a one person 98 pound wrecking machine! Imagine if Whole Foods (No affiliation) was around back then? How is that for a dose of inspiration?
